Foresee Inspector Pill, Tablet, Capsule Pouches Visualize Inspector Verification Machine. Acquired from government surplus. Used, but works good. I am not sure how it works, but, before I purchased, I saw it was working in government facility. When I turned on, it is showing no signal. I do not have any instruction books. Only what you see on the picture. 
The power cable has some damaged. Please check the pictures if you are interesting.
